On May 6, 2025, Wednesday, the College of Hospitality Management invited local chefs to demonstrate different methods of food preparation for the Level II BSHM students under the subject Filipino Regional Cuisine. The event aimed to broaden the students’ knowledge and prepare them for an upcoming college event.

The activity featured food tasting, cooking demonstrations, and the sharing of valuable techniques and best practices in cooking. In the College of Hospitality Management, we taste, explore, and experience the art of culinary excellence while continuously learning new skills in hospitality and cuisine.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the local chefs for sharing their knowledge, skills, and passion with us. Your guidance truly made the event educational, inspiring, and memorable.
