We are officially opening our doors for enrollment! To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for everyone, please guide yourselves with our step-by-step enrollment process below.
🚨 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐘!🚨
We highly encourage all parents to render Brigada Eskwela services and complete the enrollment process on JUNE 1 and JUNE 2.
Starting June 3 onwards, our teachers will be undergoing the mandatory Revised K to 12 Curriculum Training. Because of this, there will be very limited teachers and staff present at the school on those remaining days. To avoid long lines and delays, please clear your schedules for June 1 & 2!
📋 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟒-𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒
𝘚𝘛𝘌𝘗 1️⃣: 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘥𝘢 𝘌𝘴𝘬𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘢 𝘚𝘭𝘪𝘱
What to do: Render voluntary service (cleaning, painting, repairs) or donate needed classroom materials.
What you get: Once completed, the Brigada Coordinator will issue your official Brigada Eskwela (BE) Slip.
𝘚𝘛𝘌𝘗 2️⃣: 𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘮
What to do: Proceed to the designated Grade Level Enrollment Booth.
What you get: Present your BE Slip to the teacher-in-charge to receive the Enrollment Form. Fill it out completely.
𝘚𝘛𝘌𝘗 3️⃣: 𝘚𝘶𝘣𝘮𝘪𝘵 𝘙𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴
What to do: Submit the filled-out Enrollment Form along with the complete documents:
🔹 Accomplished Enrollment Form
🔹 Report Card / SF 9
🔹 PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
🔹 Two 2x2 ID Photo (White background and complete uniform)
𝘚𝘛𝘌𝘗 4️⃣: 𝘎𝘦𝘵 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘈𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘭𝘪𝘱
What to do: Wait for the enrollment officer to verify and encode your documents.
What you get: You will be issued an official Admission Slip. Once you have this, your child is officially enrolled!
💡 Reminders:
- Wear comfortable but appropriate attire when rendering Brigada services.
- Bring your own black ballpen for filling out forms.
