Most of the time we are being pulled in, like we need to join fast, be in the crowd, get busy with the same thing what others are doing. be belong, to not miss the spur of the moment, to be in the picture.
As I get more passionate in living slowly, not chasing big things, not rushing and not worrying even if things crumble, I realize that being intentional in life is creating real happiness.
I took this photo a day after the blood moon, I still get a beautiful image even it’s just the ordinary moon phase and Im happy about it.
I spent time to set up my gears and also waited for the perfect timing. The process and the result both gave me satisfaction.
I did the same during the blood moon night, but I was not satisfied with the result.
I did not chase the blood moon rush.
I came after the thought of “it doesn’t have to be the exact moment, it’s waiting when I can take the shot that Im happy with”.

Bookings from referrals is a beautiful blessing.
Each referral I get gets me ecstatic, why? Because someone out there put out a recommendation for the service I rendered to them or to their friends and families.
It resonates positive feedback.
Many clients don’t post their recommendations of your business, but when you know you did your best and you made them happy, you’ll get more inquiries and sure booking than results from your social media ads.
There are clients too who are excited to post good things about you but they go private so it won’t appear in your socials.
But don’t worry if it’s not there in public, for sure the review is visible to their families & friends.

Photography to me is an art that all of us has inner love to it and when one is trying to snap a photo, they become this artist they always dreamt to be.

Every image that I take from film cameras, to camera phone to dslr and to mirrorless camera represents who I am, what I like and how I see things, how I see the world and how I see life. I may put so much effort or less on taking those, but my whole heart is in it.

I first fell in love with landscape photography, to architecture, nature, a little bit on street and people and then came photographing little, tiny, humans: newborns. At first, it was very challenging but eventually it became a game changer in my photography life. I took a formal workshop for basic newborn photography mainly because I craved for the knowledge how to photograph these beautiful tiny humans, and newborns are fragile, handling them during the whole portrait session takes enormous level of understanding how to do it safely while getting the shots you wanted. Workshop without continuity by putting it into action is useless, I practiced with my friend's babies to get a hang of it and use the learnings I got. After a few months I put another investment to a more advance workshop of fine art newborn and maternity photography where I learned many things that helped improved my skills in photography and editing. I started accepting paid clients with a very reasonable rate to start with, eventually, I am seeing myself blending in to the world that I never imagine I will enjoy this much: newborn photography.
