As National Woman’s Month comes to an end, let us continue to hold our hands out for the sisters that were there for us and for those who need it.

For the women who uplifted us, for the women who struggled with us, and even for the women who have forgotten themselves and wronged us.

Here we still stand and we will continue to stand despite through the tides of oppression and doubt. From the inviting hand of a mother, a sister, a friend, a stranger, but most importantly; starting from you.

Kasa del Tura bows in respect for the women before us and with us now. Let us celebrate once more and even further with National Women’s Month, a gentle but living reminder that not only our ancestors see you, but that we also see you.
