-The candidate must be willing to LEARN and MASTER the SPARTAN WAY to Success.
-Must be a self starter and driven to achieve goals and targets.
-Must attend and comply all required trainings.
-Must comply with the weekly meeting with Branch Head and conduct weekly Unit Meeeting with Team.
-Ability to recruit and grow the Unit/team.
-Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
-At least 1 year experience Managing a team.
-Experience in Bank Assurance or the similar discipline is preferred.
-College Graduate/ Degree Holder.
-Excellent Communication Skills both written and oral.
