We are an affordalbe rental photography studio conveninetly located in Don Gil Garcia. aims to be the one stop destination for photographers, videographers, hobbyist, stylist and designers alike who seek a unique and affordable location to bring their photographic creativity to life. the concept is to bring your own camera and experience to shoot inside a studio with provided studio
equipments. HOUSERULES/ TERMS
By renting Zoom Studio for any purpose, you hereby state you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. All studio rental charges are payable at the end of the rental period. Cancellations are considered valid once they have been confirmed by Zoom Studio. RENTER agrees that the reserved time begins and ends at the times requested, thisa includes setup and tear down time. Additional time may be added at the regular hourly rate, only if the studio is available. A fifty percent (50%) down payment must be made within two (2) business days upon signing this Confirm in order to secure the booking dates. You can contact us through our page. We can arrange walk in schedules if no booking on the specific time. Any damages caused to the Studio and/or equipment will be assessed and will be charged to the Client. Studio Use
Studio may be used for photography, videography or similar, with the exception of those activities that require, but are not limited to, the use of specialized ventilation, chemicals or flammable props. Studio may be used only for legal business activities. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the studio or on the building premises except in the designated area for smoking. Renter is responsible for clean-up of any related debris brought from outside the studio (food, confetti, props, etc) before leaving. We require the model to tape the soles of their shoes in order to preserve the cleaniliness of the seamless paper. There will be no food beyond the yellow line. No more than 10 people are allowed in the studio at a time. If more people are needed then arraignments must be made prior to the shoot. If the studio or any equipment is damaged from irresponsible or reckless behavior you will be responsible for repair/replacement costs. Banned items include: glitter, smoke bombs, hay, charcoal powder. You are responsible for knowing how to use it and will be held liable for any damages. You will be charged a minimum of a 500 pesos cleaning fee if you do not leave the studio the same way you found it, or you fail to respect the cleanliness of the studio. It takes a lot of time and effort to clean the space to be tidy for you and other renters so please respect the space. Rates/Studio Rental

The work, services, or activity to be performed in the Venue under this
contract will be performed entirely at the risk of the Renter and assumes all responsibility for the
condition of facility and all equipment used in conjunction of this contract. Furthermore, Renter
shall protect, maintain, save and hold harmless the Venue Owner and its officers, agents, servants,
and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, expense and liabilities arising out of
injury or death to any person, or the damage, loss or destruction of any property which may occur
in or about the Venue. The Agreement includes all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties and no oral
commitments or representation shall be valid or binding upon the parties. This Agreement may not
