Whilst scuba diving in Ishigaki, Japan, we encountered some pretty good hard coral coverage around the island of Iriomote which is a protected area. Goes to show that with less human interference, nature always thrives more.

Could have observed this octopus hunting on the reef wall at Kimud shoal for hours… such an incredible sight! The way it changes colours and shape so quickly is absolutely mesmerising. They’re such intelligent creatures 🐙

Impossibile to describe what it feels like to be so close to these majestic animals! Seeing the thresher sharks at Kimud shoal, Malapascua, was one of the highlights of our trip! Thanks to who took us scuba diving.
