We invite you to come together for “For Prex, One More Take,” a fundraising film screening celebrating the life of our dear friend and COMM alumni, Prex.

Lovingly organized by our alumni, this gathering brings together the community that shared spaces, stories, and memories with Prex not only as an artist but as a friend and cherished member of the COMMunity. ❤️🖤🧡

The screening will feature seven short films—from Prex’s own filmography to works by USJ-R BA Communication students from Batch 2023, produced as outputs of the CINEX Film Lab.

All proceeds will go to the Laroco Family.

Join us for a celebration of life through film! 🕊️🎞️

"For Prex, One More Take" is a fundraising film screening celebrating the life of our dear friend, Prex.

This fundraiser will feature seven short films, ranging from Prex’s own filmography to films by USJ-R BA Communication students from Batch 2023, which were also produced as outputs of the CINEX Film Lab.

All proceeds will go to the Laroco Family. Every ticket is a tribute— such is the benevolence of your presence.

this might be one of my most memorable shoots 🎓👩‍🎓

to use my lens in capturing success and the story behind it, that’s one hell of a moment for a photographer to witness and preserve.

Stefhan Piquero, I consider these photos my gift to you. and I hope they also show just how proud I am of you.

I’ve always considered you my sister, and seeing you graduate Magna Cum Laude and being top of your class is truly something else.

to witness that achievement firsthand is something I’ll always be inspired to look up to and to look back on.

Mae’s story is full of redemption, growth, kindness, humility and purpose — that’s also full of things that we can learn from.

but I see it as a reminder that success also means carrying a responsibility rather than just a destination.

Mae, you’ve shown everyone what excellence should look like. Congratulations!!
