Founded by filmmaker Joe Bacus and a passionate collective of local artists, Cine de Oro (CDOFF) has been a vital champion for alternative, experimental, and independent short films across Cagayan de Oro, Mindanao, the Philippines, and beyond. From intimate artistic spaces to the big screen, CDOFF continuously empowers aspiring creators and nurtures a vibrant audience for local cinema.

Now, we’re bringing that magic back to the silver screen, and you can be a part of it!
