Getting bombarded with suffering. Being in the military surrounded by toxicity and hatred. Missing family everyday. No one to turn to talk to. Really did the trick, 🍄 I couldn't find love and comfort in anything, So i found it within me. Now it's all walking with love and bliss. And realizing wherever you are right now is just fine, We tend to get lost in our thoughts, Addicted to thinking about the past and future filling us with depression and anxiety That did, Or didn't even happen yet. Practice the art of Observing, And seeing beauty in the present moment now, Is total joy and or****ic by itself. Start by loving yourself, To love others unconditionally. For you are love & light deep deep inside you. Don't be so hard on yourself it's all part of the package 🕉🧘🏻‍♂️
