An Eggscellent ingredient 🥚

Eggs are basically the ultimate kitchen MVP, doing everything from binding meatballs and mixing oil with vinegar for mayo to making cakes fluffy and giving pastries that perfect golden shine.

A HIDDEN COFFEE GEM IN ASAKUSABASHI! ☕️

What if we told you that one of the best coffee we’ve ever had was a random discovery? We stumbled upon this place while walking around Asakusabashi after seeing their massive coffee roasting machine. We didn’t even know it existed, but we’re so glad we stopped by!

The experience was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, he even asked about my favorite Pokemon and he let us try different blends in tiny tasting cups. He was so passionate about his work that it felt like being a guest in someone’s home rather than a shop. We bought some coffee beans and they are one of the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely go back if we get the chance!

The Ichiran Experience! 🍜

Ichiran is probably on everyone’s must try list when traveling to Japan and we finally visited the Shinjuku branch to see what the hype was about. We went there mainly for the experience. Having individual dividers between people was a unique and private way to enjoy ramen. The staff were very friendly, and even though the service was designed for no eye contact, everything felt very welcoming. As for the food, the ramen was good, though for us, it felt more like a “one time experience” rather than a place we would love to go back to. Most of the people during our visit were fellow foreigners. There’s also a long wait list. It’s definitely a unique experience to try!

🍽 What we ordered:
• Ichiran Select 5 (1850円)

🚽 They have a toilet but we didn’t get a chance to check it.

• Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
• Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
• Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
• Value for Money: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
• Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

STEP INTO THE WORLD OF P**P! 💩

What if we’re to tell you that an actual museum about p**p exists? That’s exactly what this place is. It’s all about p**p! Unko means p**p in Japanese. As someone who’s a frequent flyer to the porcelain throne, this was a dream destination, not for a deposit but for pure p**p experience. The museum is conveniently located inside a mall and has different p**p themed activities inside. It’s a bit small and you can go through everything within an hour but we still had lots of fun. If you want a place where you can look, touch, and play with p**p without the mess and shame, this is it!

⚠️ Disclaimer #1: Friendly reminder that the toilets inside are NOT for p**ping.
⚠️ Disclaimer #2: Almost everything you see is p**p shaped. No real p**p here!
