As we conclude the final day of our “Dine and Learn”
Restaurant Exposure Seminar held at 21 Restaurant, Lacson, Bacolod City, the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management 2nd Year students of STI West Negros University leave not only with knowledge, but with meaningful experiences and inspiration that will guide us in our future careers in the hospitality industry.
Throughout this seminar, we witnessed and learned the true essence of Filipino hospitality from excellent customer service, elegant dining set-up, quality food presentation, fine dining etiquette, and wine pairing. More importantly, we learned that hospitality is not only about serving food, but about serving people with passion, sincerity, and heart.
We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to 21 Restaurant and its dedicated team for warmly welcoming us and generously sharing your expertise, experiences, and passion for hospitality. Your commitment to excellence and the way you bring smiles to every guest through your service truly inspired us.
This seminar may be the last day of the event, but it is only the beginning of a new journey filled with growth, learning, and endless opportunities. May we continue to carry the lessons we learned, the values we witnessed, and the passion we discovered as future hospitality professionals.
