As the Event Committee of the “Dine and Learn” Restaurant Exposure, we are proud to be the backbone of this event, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make everything possible. we are grateful to be part of an experience that allowed us to learn, lead, and create meaningful memories together. From preparation to ex*****on, every challenge became worth it because of everyone’s hard work and cooperation.

Along the way, we didn’t just work as a team we created genuine bonds, unforgettable memories, and friendships that we will truly cherish even beyond this seminar.

Restaurant Exposure Seminar held at 21 Restaurant, Lacson, Bacolod City, the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management 2nd Year students of STI West Negros University leave not only with knowledge, but with meaningful experiences and inspiration that will guide us in our future careers in the hospitality industry.

Throughout this seminar, we witnessed and learned the true essence of Filipino hospitality from excellent customer service, elegant dining set-up, quality food presentation, fine dining etiquette, and wine pairing. More importantly, we learned that hospitality is not only about serving food, but about serving people with passion, sincerity, and heart.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to 21 Restaurant and its dedicated team for warmly welcoming us and generously sharing your expertise, experiences, and passion for hospitality. The Batch 2 Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management students of STI West Negros University successfully continued their learning journey at 21 Restaurant.

Today’s experience allowed the students to witness the true essence of hospitality through excellent customer service, elegant dining setup, quality food presentation, and the welcoming atmosphere of the venue. Every detail reflected professionalism, refinement, and genuine care for every guest values that future hospitality professionals should always uphold.

The seminar became more meaningful as the students gained knowledge and real-world insights about fine dining and restaurant operations in one of Bacolod’s well-known dining destinations. ✨

We would also like to thank 21 Restaurant for warmly accommodating us and for generously providing their specialty Batchoy to the committees. Their famous Batchoy together with their flavorful Chicken Dinuguan truly showcase the rich and comforting flavors that make Bacolod’s food culture special. 🤍
