⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING FOR ALL TENANTS ⚠️
Please take a moment to watch this CCTV footage from Barangay 19. It shows a doctor being targeted and robbed by a riding-in-tandem while she was simply opening a boardinghouse gate. Despite trying to defend herself, they managed to take her belongings.
Please share this with your friends and fellow students staying in other boardinghouses. We need to look out for one another.

Stay off your phone and keep your eyes up.
Have your keys ready before you reach the gate so you aren't lingering outside.
Look around for any suspicious motorcycles or individuals before approaching the entrance.
