The Land of the Free: Kyrgyzstan

This video is just a reflection of how my soul felt being there. Free 🗻🐎🍃

My favorite trip of 2025. We went in August, right in the middle of summer, when the highlands were green and alive.

Kyrgyzstan felt different. The mountains kept going, and most days we saw more animals than people, herds in the valleys, yurts in the distance, and long stretches of just land and sky.

There’s a different rhythm out there. Everything slows down, and the noise you’re used to just fades. It grounds you and makes you realize how little you actually need, and how much there already is to be grateful for.

Some places can’t be justified vertically.
Kyrgyzstan was one of them. Wide, continuous, and uninterrupted. Spending time here, it became clear how small everything else really is. The scale of the land has a way of putting things into perspective.

The Celestial Mountains of Tian Shan.

One of earth's most remote corners. I have never seen and been to a place that is untouched, anf this majestic and serene. It truly humbled me and made me appreciate that I am actually just a small dot in this gigantic thing we call life.
