Upon my 6th Return to D'Aroma Campgrounds, I finally took enough courage to pick up my camera again and start shooting photos once again. I have been to Marikato falls for the 6th time as well. People ask why is it I climb the mountains, it's because 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙢𝙚, a phrase that has stuck more so than it should have, and so I forget myself, even if it's short and fleeting, it truly gives me the peace I seek before battling tomorrow.

Me and a friend climbed up to one of the famous campgrounds in Minoyan which is D'Aroma Campground, we trekked starting at Minoyan Proper all the way to the campground which is about a 5.1km climb with an elevation gain of 392 meters, it was a very challenging trail despite the road being concrete halfway up before the actual trail to the campground.

In the heart of this country's land, nestled amongst the swaying leaves and whispers of a bygone era, stands an old weathered house, it's timeworn façade bearing the soft gentle echo and whispers etched into its very grain. The rusted roof once gleaming under the sun's caress, now wears the patina of age, a true monument to the passage of time.

And here amidst all the echoes of laughter and the whisperings of generations past, one can't help but be flooded by the bittersweet symphony of reminiscence, where every creak of the floorboards and every rustle of the leaves tells a story of a time when life was simple, and love was all that mattered.
