We kindly ask that everything be returned in the same condition as when it was released. Any new scratches, marks, or damages may be subject to the following:
• Minor scratches: ₱500 – ₱1,000
• Visible or deeper scratches: ₱2,000 – ₱5,000
• Damage affecting buttons, parts, or lens function: Based on actual repair cost
• Cracked lens or severe damage: Full repair or replacement cost
Update: We’re currently unboxing a brand new Invisible Dive Case for our Insta360 X5. The previous one had scratched lenses, and we truly appreciate our renter for taking responsibility and replacing it with a new one. 🙏✨
