Some days, you just keep moving ..

Not because you’re okay, and not because you don’t see what’s happening around you. You see it. You know it’s there. You carry some of it quietly. The kind of weight no one notices while you continue doing what needs to be done.

But life gives us only so much time, energy, and attention. Sometimes, you have to choose what needs to be dealt with now and leave the rest for another day. Not because the others don’t matter, but because you simply can’t carry everything at once. And honestly, some things just aren’t worth losing yourself over.

So, be kind ..

The person smiling at you might be fighting battles you’ll never know about. The quiet one might be carrying more than they can explain. We’re all dealing with something behind these curtains, trying to make sense of our own little piece of this life.

It’s not always about you. It’s not always about me ..

We’re only tiny specks of dust passing through this lifetime, here for a while before we become another memory in someone else’s story.

So until then, let’s be a little kinder. Give people some room. Choose your battles. Keep moving when you can.

And when our paths cross, even briefly ...
