To our Savage Runner,
Your safety, well-being, and peace of mind mean the absolute world to us. We have heard your concerns regarding the severe weather condition and we completely share your feelings about prioritizing safety on the trails this weekend.
Given the current situation and following close evaluations with local authorities, we have decided to reschedule the 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗔 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗥𝗨𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 from 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
Making this call wasn't easy because we know how excited you are and how hard you have trained for this moment. But while weather can pause an event, it can never erase your grit, dedication, and preparation. We are committed to making the rescheduled event every bit as thrilling, challenging, and memorable as you deserve, and well worth the extra wait.
We know how disappointing this situation can be, and we ask for your understanding regarding our 𝙣𝙤𝙣-𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮. To prepare for race day, all essential investments, from your finisher shirts and medals to on-site infrastructure and logistics have already been finalized and paid for. We sincerely appreciate your patience and grace as we work through these challenges together.
We also understand that schedule changes don't work for everyone. If you are unable to join us on the new September date, we want to support you fully by offering a 𝙑𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙪𝙣 𝙤𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 so your hard work is still honored. (Guidelines will be posted soon.)
