It is true that having a good attitude is necessary, however should not be overemphasized. At the end of the day, it is those people who know how to work can bring an organization to the achievement of the goals. What can a good attitude alone do if you do not know how to work and what to contribute? One will just end-up to be an additional burden in an organization. Attitude AND knowledge in work should go together. Attitude alone can bring you nowhere.

Mabuti makitungo at marunong ding magtrabaho. Hindi puro mabuti lang ang pakikitungo, at hindi naman marunong magtrabaho. 🤧
