The future looks bright for rural communities with technology now at the helm of their palm ✋. Starlink, although costly, will help bridge the digital divide and transform lives across remote communities.

The Government, through the NDoH, should now focus more on strengthening the Rural Medicine Residency Program by providing better incentives, accommodation, internet access, professional support, and career pathways for resident doctors serving in rural areas.

With improved connectivity, resident doctors can access telemedicine, online specialist supervision, and digital learning platforms while delivering quality healthcare to remote communities. Investing in rural residency programs is investing in the future of rural healthcare in Papua New Guinea. 🇵🇬

Make time for your kids. Days and time will pass by fast and you will never realise how much you lost. Be there for them.

Nothing is permanent. Great kingdoms and dynasty always fall. Every thing has its limits, seasons, time and value in society.

Never look down on anyone. Never make enemies. For tomorrow is not guaranteed.

🗣️A bush knife costs a few kina. A life lost to one costs everything. Too many families in Port Moresby are living in fear because shops and malls are selling bush knives freely, with no checks, no limits, and no accountability. This is not about taking away tools people need but it is about responsible selling and shared accountability. The Government, the NCDC, and every business in our communities must act now to regulate how these items are sold and protect the lives of our children and families.

This image shows knives and weapons confiscated in NCD at public places. That is scary

“We will all eventually die at any moment, at any time. That’s the harsh truth no one can escape.

So if you choose to live happy, so be it.
If you choose to live for others, so be it.
If you choose to walk in the shadows, so be it.
If you choose to suffer in silence, so be it.
But whatever place you find yourself in right now, keep grinding and keep moving forward.

Never beg. Never lose your dignity.
Life is unfair, yes… but above it all, God is in control.

And His timing is always perfect.”

Read yourself, not others, because the hardest battles are rarely fought in the world around you but in the quiet spaces of your own mind, where fear wrestles with courage, doubt argues with faith, and peace waits patiently for self-understanding to win.
