When I’m guiding, I use a GoPro to film some of my encounters — and you know what?
After 17 years, the whales still amaze me every single time.
And the GoPro keeps surprising me too. The image quality these little cameras can deliver is incredible.
17 years of ocean, wildlife and images… and still just as passionate.

A meeting in the blue.

While waiting for whale season to begin, blacktip reef sharks remain some of the most fascinating encounters in Polynesian waters.
Often misunderstood and unfairly feared, these sharks play a vital role in maintaining healthy marine ecosystems. As predators, they help regulate fish populations and contribute to the balance and resilience of coral reefs.
