I rarely appear in photos, but I truly love taking them.
Sometimes I capture majestic beings like mountains and animals; other times I record documentary contrasts or images that feel like scenes from a cinematic film.
It’s like catching the soul and the passing of light with my lens.

After meditating on what happened and observing the photographic piece, I can understand that there is beauty in every moment, in every instant, even when the scene is majestic, solitary, or melancholic.

Some photos belong to series I still haven’t finished…
and I don’t know if I ever will.
I hope life gives me the time and courage to continue.

This photograph is part of a body of work made in Cusco, where tradition becomes form — a dialogue between ritual, texture, and light.
I’m drawn to moments where culture reveals itself quietly, without spectacle. Photography, for me, is not about explanation but presence — an act of observing what time might otherwise erase.

I almost never talk about myself or show my face in photos, even though I'm a photographer. I think it's a photographer's classic.

But this time I'm showing myself.

There is a human being in this world who wants to leave images and sounds for an uncertain future.

My family is growing, and so am I, I miss those family gatherings a lot. Maybe I'm older now, but I can safely say that I'm happy with the path I've taken, with the person I've chosen, and with the gift of fate to have my two daughters (Luna and Venus). I love them very much.

The Royal Condor: The messenger of heaven 🦅

Majestic and enigmatic, the Royal Condor (Sarcoramphus papa) roams the skies of Central and South America. Its black and white plumage contrasts with its striking head, where red, yellow, and black blend in an explosion of color.

🔎 Fun Fact: Unlike other vultures, the Royal Condor lets smaller species feed on carrion first, then carves a path for itself with its powerful beak.

When traveling by taxi "peque peque" through these "streets", because they are streets, these water trails where there are houses and bushes,
