After a week of relentless rain and red weather warnings, Claudia & Campbell’s wedding day went off without a hitch!

The farm dried out and everything came together just in time, sunshine, golden light, and the perfect setting to say “I do.” And to top it all off, the day finished with the most unreal sunset, wrapping everything in a dreamy glow.

The results are in for the Asia Pacific Photography Awards…

4th place Maternity and silver award
6th place Maternity and silver award
7th place Wedding and silver with merit

Even though I placed 7th in Wedding, this one I’m super proud of as I was up against some insane talent in this category and didn’t think I’d even make top 20! To walk away with a silver merit and 7th place is huge! Very happy.

I had the pleasure of capturing Amy again last week and when she said she wanted to jump into a studio fitness shoot, I was all in!

We went for a moody lighting setup to really highlight her strength, shape, and the insane amount of hard work and discipline she’s poured into her body.

Cara & Brendon’s wedding at Willows Ranch was one for the books.

Forest vibes with a modern flare, gale winds, rain rolling through… and somehow it just made the whole day even more fun.

Cara was an absolutely gorgeous bride, and this venue is something special, easily one of my favorites to shoot at.

Pretty sure I qualify for my pilot’s license after this one… 😅

Rain, gale winds, threading the drone through a small gap in the tree canopy, and a hawk that decided the drone was its next enemy.

But we got the shot and landed safely. Worth it!

No hawks were injured in the making of this photo… although my nerves definitely were!

Married on Renee's family farm surrounded by their closest people, it was the kind of day that proves what really matters. The rain poured, the marquee leaked, but the spirits stayed high. A beautiful, intimate ceremony followed by an amazing celebration later on.
Sometimes the imperfect days turn out to be the most unforgettable.
