2/2 wins today! Team is looking strong. Day 2 photos will come with a new maroon uniform strip and the kids look pretty smart. Not sure when then those will be out yet, but here is day 1, I tried to get atleast 1 photo of everyone either batting, fielding or goofing off.

Whanganui Softball Association hosted their junior prizegiving last night, congrats to all the kids on their awards and I look forward to see your future endeavours in the sport!

I had the privilege to be able to attend all these kids tournaments this season expect for the U15 tournament in North Harbour which the Whanganui Girls plus Ethan, Luke and James (played for Manawatu and North Harbour) played in, due to Heartlands being on the same weekend. But it has been awesome to be able to watch them all come up the ranks and play their little hearts out. In my opinion all the awards given out were very much deserved

Angels/Whanganui Mixed placed 5th in the mixed grade overall.

Girls photos first as there weren't as many as the boys.

I just wanted to say how awesome it was to watch the future of our sport play. These kids are the future and it was amazing to see 3 teams, 37 boys and girls from Whanganui, from all different clubs and schools, aged 8 years old to 12 years old playing in a tournament with 20 other teams from around the North Island.

I apologize about the fencing in some of these photos, Colquhoun Park fencing is absolutely horrible to shoot through. And Im sorry there aren't alot of photos of the Dev boys as I was just 'all softballed out' by Saturday to get my camera out and I was just too excited to go to teams champs for speedway.

(Post 3 of 3) THESE ARE NOT MY PHOTOS! I just edited and fine tuned them and cut them down from 590 to 190. All credit goes to Billy and Lettitia as I was team scorer for this tournament. Congrats to the boys once again on placing 6th.
