It’s not only our operational dogs that we mourn.

This beautiful girl was Bali, one of the sweetest mums you could ever meet. While she adored her puppies, her beloved purple ball was always high on her list of priorities too.

I had the privilege of meeting Bali on a few occasions, and she always welcomed me in to meet her little floofs—as long as I was willing to throw her ball for her. It was a deal she expected everyone to honour.

Many will also remember Bali’s beautiful face from the 2020 Police Dog Calendar, where she proudly represented the breeding programme that helps produce the next generation of police dogs.

Sending all my love and condolences to Bali’s family, who loved her so dearly. She leaves behind many happy memories and will be deeply missed.

Run free, sweet Bali. 💜🐾
