Raising kids is hard slog. You’re up before everyone else, and to bed long after the house is asleep. The tears, and the turbulence, and everything in between… it’s hard. I’m feeling it at the moment. But it’ll be gone all too soon: they’ll be independent of us and moved out, and we will wish we’d read more books, and taken more breaths, and camped out in the blanket fort with them a few more times…
So today serves for remembering to exist; so I’m giving away a family photoshoot at Waihi Beach where you get to exist in photos… where you’re not the one behind the camera, and where you just get to hang with your kids, while they’re still little.
Shoot will be a spring or summer booking slot, and you will need to be able to get to Waihi Beach at a time that’s mutually convenient for both of us. Gallery provided digitally, with as many photos as I feel need to be in there. Prize isn’t transferable or redeemable for cash. Roxy’s decision is final. Those are the rules; have at!

From the depths of my core, I wish I could give every single mum in this post the opportunity to be seen in pictures, in the way that their family sees them! ❤️🧡💛 Life is all too short, and the days fly by - so if not for your own treasury, please make a point of being IN the photos with your kids more this year; ask the stranger to take the photo, get a friend to whip you down to the beach for some practice shots, or set a timer on your iPhone -- those become the lasting memories for the people we leave behind, and I promise you - hand on heart - they will mean more than anything else one day.
