Karina Smith Photography I have a passion for embracing natural light and capturing authentic moments for every occasion.

I've always been captivated by a photograph, but it didn't begin behind the lens – it started with a profound absence. Growing up, I noticed there were very few photos of myself, and this absence left a void. It became even more apparent when my daughter was born, and her birth photos were destroyed. My heart shattered, realizing that precious moments had slipped away from me and that one day the

little details of that beautiful experience will fade, that only a photograph can keep alive. A week later, my mother handed me my first film camera, and it marked the turning point. I embarked on a journey to capture every inch of my daughter, determined never to let such moments slip through my fingers again. However, it wasn't until my wedding in 2009 that photography took on a whole new dimension. I wanted to ensure that everyone, just like me, was documented and remembered in every stage of their lives.
