Josh & Kenji 🩷 what a day! These two were married at the gorgeous . We had the best weather, the day before the rain was absolutely bucketing down, but on the morning of the wedding, the sun was shinning and we had a beautifully hot sunny autumn’s day.

These two got ready together at , it was so cool to walk in to the space and see them both relaxing and enjoying the morning with their friends and family. Josh got dressed and left with his parents before Kenji got into her wedding dress. He had the best cufflinks, they had embossed their two doggies faces onto them; Phineas and Ferb.

Josh and Kenji went shopping together to buy Kenji’s dress from as they live in Australia. But she still was able to surprise him with her dress as he hadn’t seen the colourful floral appliqués 🌺 that she had added to make her dress totally hers!

Josh and Kenji love lego, so they had little elements throughout their day. Josh and the groomsmen had gorgeous buttonholes designed by . The cake topper was lego and the floral design on the top table had sunflowers in them! 🌻 See if you can spot the lego flowers!

During the wedding party photos, Rebecca’s (owner of Tironui) granddaughters drove past looking for stock and they had their dogs in the truck. When the wedding party had left, Rebecca had her granddaughters bring the dogs down to see Josh & Kenji who absolutely doted over them! It was super cute!

Nik & Hae Run 🖤 at the gorgeous of May the 4th, these two had the had the force with them when they became Mr & Mrs. Nik loves Star Wars and Hae Run really likes May, so it was the perfect day for these two to celebrate with their family and friends.

Nik told me he wasn’t super serious and they just wanted a party with their friends and family. So instead of going into their first kiss as husband and wife, they exchanged a bro hug. Giving their friends and family a laugh before having their first kiss.

Hae Run had a first look with her Dad and Brother, which was adorable! And even though Hae Run’s mum wasn’t with them on their special day she was felt everywhere, by everyone. Her grandsons were super cute and each had a photo with her framed photo where she sat pride of place at the top of the circle holding Hae Run’s flowers during the ceremony. The ferns on the tables, the perfume Hae Run wore and the locket on Hae Run’s flowers were little ways that these two remembered her.

In a throw back to their ceremony “May the Force be with you both” as you continue to live life together!

Michael & Simone 🩷 became Mr & Mrs at the gorgeous . The rain came and went and they got to say their vows under an umbrella. There guests all embraced the rain and celebrated these two.

We had the most perfect sunset! Driving up to the sunset spot at it didn’t seem like we’d get much of one but wow! The sunset turned out to be amazing! Millie (from Longfords) said it was the best they’d had all season, the sky completely transformed. It was magical ✨

Simone could not wait to get into her dress from and as soon as I saw it I could see why! It was absolutely gorgeous with the coolest train. Her veil was amazing and topped off her dress. It got a bit dirty traipsing through the paddocks for photos.

The gorgeous white hydrangeas from were absolutely amazing!! They honestly looked fake by how beautiful they were!! They were the perfect bouquet for Simone’s classic black and white wedding.

They had customised mocktails by Simone’s sister, duck island ice cream for Canapés and dessert, to a buffet dessert provided by the family, these two made their foods perfect for them.

Lance & Renee 💚 at the gorgeous , these two became husband and wife! What a day it was! Even though the rain didn’t let up all day, the vibes just kept going. Renee’s excitement was contagious! She danced as soon as the door opened to walk up the isle. Lance’s smile spread huge when he saw her do that and in his speech he said whenever they saw each other she always did that dance, so to do it before the ceremony was so special.

They were set up by their friend, Pastor Mark at C3 Taupo. Turns out it was the perfect setup and he was the one to marry them, how cool! Made a complete circle. Renee’s boss new it was going to work as soon as he received a photo of them both in the car with two V drinks stacked on top of each other, turns out they’re both addicted 😂

This was also considered Renee’s last hoorah before she moves to Blenheim to be with Lance. They will finally no longer be long distance and C3 Blenheim will have a drummer 🥁

Mr & Mrs Wild Hunter 🖤 how cool is it that those are their surnames! Sophie and Hunter had such an amazing day celebrating with their family and friends at the gorgeous .

Hunter’s brother in law owns JC Auto Body Restorations and he has been restoring a 1947 Ford Jailbar and ever since Sophie saw it she’s been determined that this would be her wedding car. It is absolutely amazing, she arrived on the back of it. Hunter, not to be out done by his wife, also arrived and walked down the isle, he’s wanted a car that Jason had restored as well but that sold a couple of weeks ago so he arrived in his mates 1975 Charger.

Their celebrant was Scott from and what a ceremony that was! From a missing grooms ring where they borrowed one of Scott’s, to a hand fasting saga and the cloak that Scott wore.

Sophie’s mum and friends grew the flowers for her day and they were so gorgeous. Got to love flowers and wine!

Ryan & Ella 💚 how cool was their day! On the edge of Lake Okareka at they celebrated their wedding. They’ve gone to the lake multiple times over the years so Longfords was the perfect venue for them. The flowers 💐 by were a perfection of white so against the bridesmaids gorgeous chocolate dresses and the greenery at Longfords they looked amazing.

The favour for the guests were an amazing sage green personalised beer cozies & white E + R cocktail stirrers at the bar. Espresso martini’s and margaritas were the cocktails of choice!

Ella’s dad did an amazing job of his speech, he even got a certificate of ancestry to show that he is indeed the Fartha of Ella & Britts 😂

Carlos & Morgan 🩷 what a day! Their day came together from “a dream and PVA”, Morgan even had hot glue gun burn on her arm. Her bridesmaid named the styling “rustic disco” 🪩 and man was it awesome! The flowers 💐 by were gorgeous sunset colours with a blue hydrangea to pick up on the blue of the bridesmaids dresses. Morgan created these fun rings to hang from the ceiling at amongst the Festoon Lights. She even made her headband!

Morgan’s dress from was so her, she made it unique and had this gorgeous bow added to the back 🎀. Morgan is the only granddaughter on her mother’s side so her grandmother gave her her wedding dress which she had shortened for her party dress. Along with a cowgirl bride hat and silver shoes, Morgan was set to dance the night away.

Carlos is the life of the party and he broke out all the poses! During speeches he received the best present he could get from Morgan’s dad (other than Morgan haha), he was given the keys to his boat! The guys at table one (the ones positioned furthest from the bar so that they had to sober up on the walk to the bar 😂) celebrated as much as Carlos did.

Jack & Ruby 💛 surrounded by family and friends these two had the best wedding . They had a first look and a gorgeous ceremony where their family and friends held and blessed their rings. Lots of little tears during the vows and speeches, it was so cute. Jacks phone was hocked up to the speaker for the music however he forgot to turn off notifications so during the ceremony and speeches his phone went off, providing lots of laughs to everyone. During sunset we had an audience of cows which was so adorable, they came running over when they saw us 🐄🐮

Mark and Carrie 🩷 after getting engaged 13 years ago (I think I remember that right), they decided three months ago that the time was right to get married! Carrie’s grandfather turned 100 three weeks ago so what a perfect time to have another celebration and he was able to walk her down the isle 😍 was the perfect venue these two. The beach was a reflective of Mark’s surfer days (originally from California) and Flat White is very kiwi (Carrie is a kiwi gal). They absolutely loved the view out to the water and all the gorgeous spots around Waihi beach for photos! Guests were served with a glass of bubbles on arrival 🥂 it was such an amazing day seeing these two become husband and wife 🥰

Brad and Amy finally became Mr & Mrs 🩷 Amy had given up on Brad ever asking her so she had to blow the dust off her vows during the ceremony . What a day they had though! Their son walked Amy down the aisle to Brad, Brad bought a car the week before the wedding as they didn’t have a wedding car (a very cool old Ford), they had a first look where their best man squeezed into a friends wedding dress to surprise Brad and break the ice as they were both so nervous. Their friends did an amazing job of the styling and a friend’s daughter made the cake, how cool is that!
