Fuji Film hosted a photography walk around Ohinemutu over the weekend.
Was a good bunch of people in a wonderful enviroment
There was an extra challenge of taking photos with a disposable camera with the photos being sent back to us any day now - its been an age since Ive waited for a film to come back to me and remember the excitement of how the photos turned out!

Not so long ago, I decided to join the Ōmokoroa Photographic Society Inc.
They are a wonderful group of people with weekly and monthly challenges and outings - this month it is derelict and this week is water.

We went yesterday to a Mill on the outskirts of Tauranga yesterday for a couple of hours, and obviously came home with too many photos!

What a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon then to go through photos from the last little while.

At the moment it is the field days, a place to learn, watch and people watch! So many things to look at and so many people to watch looking at the things to watch.

Here are a couple of fencing images and a few of the people who were watching at that time.

A family friend won the golden plyers a couple of times at the field days and certainly a well-deserved title to win against some of the best.

The Rotorua Camera Club has a Walk for Wellness every other month for club members.

A random cafe is picked, and someone new every time informs the group on arrival of the subject. We then see what images we can get with that subject.

Yesterdays subject was vehicles.
