Little drone shot over Lake Wakatipu on the way home from a property shoot last Friday. This is Pigeon Island, with the Thomson Mountains on the far side of the lake. The high peak is Tooth Peak, at 2061 metres. You can see all this on the 1 hour drive from Queenstown to Glenorchy.

Well. It's been quite some time since we've made a post. With the rain today we were spending time sorting photos for a new project. And came across this shot which i quite like. It's the Copthorne Lakefront Hotel in Queenstown. We spent many hours at this hotel over the years, both for tour group photos on the wet days, and conference and incentive groups on site. You can't see any of this view from the entrance. I personally like this view the most. I think it was the light on this day. I was battling the lack of parking and heading down the street to a property shoot with all my gear, but the light caught my eye. I must've parked up on the street there dozens of times over many evenings processing up and printing tour group photos on a quick turnaround from our mobile printing in our van.
