Steven + Dominic flew over from Australia and me and the team at .nz to plan and capture their elopement wedding for them, which was so magical

The prettiest little Airbnb overlooking the lake, candles, Polaroids scattered, all the details that made the getting ready part of their day feel really personal and completely them.

We took the heli up to Cecil Peak for their ceremony and luckily got the perfect amount of breeze to catch Dom’s veil- both their looks were perfection

Then champagne at Jacks Point to finish the day

You book a trip to Queenstown and I’m already planning where I’m taking you.

Like a local friend who knows all the good spots the quiet corners, the pretty little pull offs, the places that feel like you discovered them yourselves.

Engagements, honeymoons, pre-wedding… whatever chapter you’re in.

And the best part-you don’t just leave with a good memory.

You leave with the best souvenir, the photos!

I’ve always collected photos from my own holidays, and one of my favourite things is making photo books when I get home. It’s like reliving the whole trip again.

2025 really was one of those blink and it’s gone years.

With my incredible team of photographers we captured over 120 elopement weddings .nz

Add in couples shoots, surprise proposals, families, and honestly — I lost count in the best way.

Last year also saw the launch of capturing love under the Milky Way, late nights, cold fingers, and the most unreal skies.

Plus the release of a new luxe elopement experience with all the beautiful inclusions that makes the day feel effortless and elevated.

Personally… it was a year of big memories too.
Two weeks in Bali & Lombok with my daughter snorkelling, trekking, slow mornings and sunshine.

Ticking off my absolute dream destination with three Hawaiian islands (Maui stole my heart).
And a whirlwind Thailand girls trip for my friend’s birthday

Endless mountains.
So many helicopter landings.
Snow days, lake reflections, starlight, champagne pops and happy tears.
I never take for granted that this is my “job.”

Grateful for every couple who trusted us, every adventure, every late-night edit, and the small team beside me who made the year what it was.

2026… I’m ready for you 🙌

Josie & Jaxson flew over from Australia for their very first New Zealand adventure & brought the coolest vibe with their effortless style.

We drove around the bend at Moke Lake and I literally gasped — the lake was glassy, mountains topped in snow, with the dreamiest reflections stretching out in front of us.

One of those surreal Queenstown moments that doesn’t even look real, but somehow is.

When your love story already feels like an adventure why not say your vows in the NZ wilderness

Kasey and Jack two Americans now calling Australia home came over to Queenstown to celebrate their love in the most beautiful way.

They stayed at Stoneridge Resort and had their first look overlooking Lake Hayes before flying up to Lake Erskine, which was sparkling under the summer sun for their vows.

We finished the day with photos on Big Geordie, with the views over Lake Wakatipu glowing golden the perfect ending to such a special day.

David + Peter popped over from Australia for one incredible adventure… and we took it all the way to Lake Erskine

The skies might’ve been overcast, but that only made the colours feel deeper, the lighting btter & the moments more unreal.

Every time I fly this route past endless mountain tops, hidden valleys and alpine lakes it feels like discovering a secret world. Then Lake Erskine appears and no photo could ever do it justice.
