Walking New Zealand New Zealand's recreational walking magazine Walking New Zealand magazine started as a bi-monthly magazine in 1996 and later went to 12 times a year.

Each issue carries a number of interesting New Zealand short and day walks, plus an overseas walk. The magazine encourages readers to sent in their stories with pictures on their favourite walks as well has a digital photo contest. The magazine is available through selected bookstores throughout New Zealand and by subscription. The latest digital version is available through PressReader and Magzte

r, but older back issues can be viewed on the issuu website. The company promotes and sells high quality pedometers to encourage people in to walking and a number of corporations and organisations have taken up walking challenges with our pedometers.
