So I stopped taking photos a few years ago because I wasn't finding it fun anymore and overall wasn't 100% happy with my skills. Recently though, since we moved back to the Manawatu, I picked it back up and suddenly fell in love again. So, I went and enrolled in the diploma so I could finally finish what I started 10 years ago. Soon, I will finally be qualified to do what I love. So in theory, this page will become somewhat active again..

This here though. This type of photo is what I love. Maternity will always be a favourite.. Helping make memories for people that they can look back on forever and be apart of their whanau journey because how special is that!?

Why is Taupō so beautiful no matter what the weather? This was the weekend directly after Cyclone Gabrielle hit and it's honestly like you would never know the devastation in a city just a few hours away. The weather was definitely in our favour.

Hi! It has been a long time since I posted- 581 days according to Facebook which is crazy and most likely means many of you will not see this post. I very rarely pick up my camera nowadays but yesterday we spent the most beautiful 13 hours shooting the most amazing couple just outside of Taupō.

Blakes one request when talking about photos was that if they could find a location to do a burnout, to get a photo of the driver- turns out, the driver was him for this specific shot. And how good do they look!? I have so many photos to go through and so many photos I love so far but this is a top favourite.

It has been such a long time since I posted here! Thought it was time to update you all a wee bit!

Firstly, what a crazy year it has been so far- I hope everyone is staying safe!

Secondly, things are going to be changing on here soon, with a rebrand including a whole new name and focus. While I will still be doing the odd photoshoot, due to fulltime work and finishing off my degree (fiiiinally!!) my focus is now going to be on a lot of digital illustrations and art such as composites like I posted last Christmas, along with some new design elements such as these star charts! I cannot wait to launch these as it is my current obsession. How cool that you can see exactly what the stars and constellations were doing at exact times/dates for those special moments in your life!

I will be uploading here slowly over the next week or so to launch my new products- with this being one of them, these will be introduced for $20 (limited time only) for digital copies emailed to you printable in a range of sizes (we can print and send also with price upon consultation regarding sizes etc) completely customisable colour and information wise so if theres anything in particular you want to add let me know 🙂
