With all the crazy that was this year I somehow still managed to swing some entries into the NZIPP Iris Awards and pop down to Christchurch for the conference 🫶

Had a wee wild card entry this year with my beautiful Opas diary. I LOVE how everyday had a "happy our" 🍻

WHAT A YEAR!!!

I vanished from Facebook this year while I completed the post grad diploma in learning and teaching at Massey.
16 assignments and two high school placements juggled with kids and still running my business was mental!

There were many times I didn't think I was being able to do it, but here we are, I am soooo happy and even a bit proud🫶

So now that I'm re-emerging, I have lots of gorgeous photos to post and wanted to let you all know I am indeed still very much alive and still taking beautiful photos for lovely people🥰📸

It's been an absolute whirlwind of inspiration, amazing people, and beautiful work at the NZIPP Iris awards and conference in Christchurch.

This year I entered 11 images and received 11 awards 🥳
I was awarded 9x silver awards, 1x silver distinction and 1x gold.
Thank you so so much to all the wonderful people who let me photograph them and their families! You guys are the reason I get to do what I do, I am eternally grateful for you all 🫶

At the gala dinner I was also awarded a master in photography WITH distinction, which I am absolutely stoked about and have a shiny gold medal to prove it 🏅

Had the absolute pleasure of photographing gorgeous Kira when she was brand spanking new!

Kira was my first wee model on a new red back drop - I've always been a huge fan of my neutral tones but recently I've been branching out and I LOOOOOOVE it!!!
