Admiring the glow.

This isn't my image, but my friend's, although he has captured exactly what I had envisioned. By the way I'm the one standing in the middle of the frame modelling & posing for everyone 😆
I did have my camera taking images as well, I was triggering it with the remote in my left hand, hence why my left hand was glowing.
My friend's camera was set up at the best location & angle, and has perfectly captured what I had in mind, so I'm stealing his image. 🤣
Yes, it's his image, but it was my vision & ex*****on & volunteered to pose for others, so I co-own part of this image. 🤪
PS, I edited this image in my style 😏

Ethereal Gloworm cave.

It is a privilege to, again, be able to visit & image the inside of a cave that rarely gets any visitors. 🙂
I first visited this cave three years ago.

Please don't ask me where it is, I don't know the exact location, only in Waitomo ~~
Just enjoy the image I'm able to share :)

Journey to the centre of Earth.

It's been over 2 months since my last update. My photography has taken a bit of backseat lately as I keep myself busy with tutoring & life~~
During the weekend I had a fantastic time exploring the caves of Waitomo region !

And this Kōkako is the star of the day—a real crowd-pleaser! 😆 A couple of weeks ago (or maybe even longer) my friend and I saw a post stating it started showing up at the Tui feeder by the visitor centre, wowing the visitors and staff alike. It seems it has developed quite a liking for the sugar water at the feeder! It was the main reason for our visit to the island, and I’m so glad Lady Luck smiled upon us. 📸

Kōkako,

After so many trips to Tiritiri Matangi Island with a friend over the last couple of years, I’d never managed to get shots of the Kōkako, even though we’d seen them on a few occasions. Today, it felt like Lady Luck had finally smiled upon us—we encountered them practically the whole day around the island! 😆

C/2025 R3 Panstarrs.

Tonight's attempt, I swear the weather have a mind of it's own... The whole sky was fairly clear, yet the cloud just have to float into the area where the comet is... It just want to ruin my images -_-
in the end I only managed to get 2 & half minutes worth of tracking data out of an hour worths imagine....
At least I got the comet next to the Orion Nebula, that's something worth celebrating ^^
