Brings you home made soup randomly and always at the right time.
Tells you when they're too busy to chat but you just know they truely are too busy to chat right now but they will catch you properly later.
Tells you straight (lovingly) when you actually been a bit of a dick.
Listens to your random ideas and helps you round them out.
They pull you up when you think you've done a sneaky fart.
and most importantly there's no dress code. .. you know who you are
