This morning, I had the privilege of visiting the Kārearea Falcon Trust in Blenheim, where I interacted with several majestic raptors. The organization excels in rehabilitating falcons and successfully returning them to their natural habitat. Not all falcons received by the team are suitable for release back into the wild due to the extent of their injuries.
