Somewhere in amidst the photography work, Childbirth Education work and parenting I've been writing regular articles for The Natural Parent Magazine.

I fluctuate between finding it hard to commit to writing regularly and loving the process. (I often spend a morning at a local cafe writing on reams of old fax paper and being distracted by friends!).

What an amazing community we live in!
My eldest recently had the opportunity to join in with the Youth In Emergency Services Programme - and it was incredible! So well organised, so many people pulling together to support this amazing kaupapa. Giving young people an opportunity to experience what being part of our emergency services is like. Four Saturdays of working with different emergency services culminating in a final day where all the teams pulled together to create a range of dynamic rescue scenarios.
A huge thank you to everyone involved.
