Life's most beautiful moments often arise unexpectedly, with imperfections making the perfect backdrop for lifelong memories and soul-nourishing images. took us on a spontaneous adventure through the wilderness - dirt roads, muddy rivers, and gale-force winds couldn't deter us. Yet, amidst the chaos, we captured something special. This image of Violet stands out as one of my favorites from NZ, thanks to the bond and joy that radiates from the experience. Being guided by Cass and sharing it with Violet made it truly unforgettable. Sometimes, the best experiences come from saying yes to the unknown. Surround yourself with kind-hearted people, and the rewards will be boundless 💫✨💕

Life's perfection lies in its imperfections, it’s in the smallest details and in the unexpected moments, this is where I always find the magic lies. Almost always it’s found between giving up and “One more shot” !
We arrived to a flooded scene at Lake Mac Gregor in New Zealand not far from Lake Tekapo after a storm had flooded the Lupins that had given us perfection only three days earlier, we had to pivot quickly and I'm grateful for this panic/teaching moment because it allowed me to look beyond, if not we would not have found this treasure & create stunning imagery just beyond where we came back for Violet to shoot HSC project.
Thank you Cass for a magical week. What was meant to be 2days turned into the most special 5 days extravaganza of creative heaven with you and I will be forever thankful for your kindness & friendship, including us in this magical session. And the generousoty you showed Violet as she was taking photos for her school project. 💕💫
