We had such a lovely day at the Te Waimate Mission Historic Photography workshop where we photographed items from Sarah Selwyn's life at the Mission. Then we popped outside and enjoyed the butterflies and bees in the garden. Here's some of my students' (and I confess a couple of my own) photographs from the day.

Hundreds of visitors are expected to descend on Māngungu Mission near Hōreke tomorrow to mark the historic signing of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Māngungu Day Commemoration Event is on THURSDAY (tomorrow)! Excited to have an Exhibition of the event in the Māngungu Mission. With thanks to funders FNDC Kaikohe-Hoikianga Community Board, and everyone involved in bringing this day to the community. I did this video a few days ago and it got stuck in my 'drafts' but here it is anyway :)
