We just got back from Tonga and while we were there, had the pleasure of meeting Jackie and her baby girl Kalia! They were staying at the same accommodation as us while they go through the steps for Kalia's adoption to be finalised. I felt so lucky to have met these two beautiful souls and to be able to offer them images like these ones to treasure, as they bond as mother and daughter 💕 @ Ha'atafu beach

Choosing the first official day of winter to get married was a bold move and the weather wasn't the warmest ever (it was actually so bad) but these beautiful humans could not stop smiling on their wedding day. Learning that sometimes (often) the best thing to do in a photoshoot is be flexible. Wee Luca didn't want to sit on the bench with his mum and dad and tried to make a dash for it. I quickly moved round and crouched down to his level, which actually provided a much better composition than what I was going for in the first place! Who needs creative direction when you have a one year old to call the shots??
