We believe that we are never too young to serve God as He changes us from the inside out.

Do you find yourself comparing yourself to others? Do you feel you are a confident person? Why or Why not?

We face a lot of pressure from the world. When we look at social media, we sometimes compare ourselves to the other people. We ask, 'Why do they look better than me?" or "Why do they seem smarter than me?" There are a lot of pressures in the world right now. We forget that all of us are created in the image of Christ and that our confidence should only be rooted in Him.

Join us today as we start on our new series Set Apart and learn how we are wonderfully made and fully known by God! See you at 6pm!

Last Sunday we celebrated Mother’s Day and in honor of all the mums, this craft was made inspired by the story of Ruth. Ruth’s story is a long one, but in one scene, she was gleaning in the fields of Boaz. She probably put grain in a basket, much like our craft last Mother’s Day. Instead of grain in Ruth’s story, we put flowers to give it to our mothers or mother-figures as our Mother’s Day greeting card.💐

Let Ruth’s story remind us that God is mindful of us: He sees our suffering and hardships, and He will deliver us!

Last Sunday we have learned about the life of Jephthah. In the story, his family rejected him. He felt awful when he was driven away. But some time later, his people asked him to be their leader during a war and God redeemed him by allowing him to lead them.

People can easily judge and make opinions about others causing rejection and shame. But more than listening and believing what others say, we should go to God and remember who He says we are.

Our verse Ephesians 1:4-5 captures it all! God already chose us, loved us, and accepted us even when we’re not worthy. He chose us to be His people, and chose to die for us. Whenever you feel down about yourself or what others say about you, remember that God chose you to be His and He has a plan for your life.

This upcoming Sunday, I encourage you to bring your bibles and journals as we start on a new series of learning about the true meaning of love and what love is not. We’re excited to see you this Sunday! 💕

Father God, watch over our kids as they begin their new school year. Bless them with joy at seeing their friends, excitement at new experiences, and a love of learning. Guide and protect all who learn, replacing fear with joy, anxiety with peace, and tiredness with energy. Give wisdom, patience, joy and grace to teachers as they serve their students. In Jesus name. 🙏

The kids craft this week is an ‘Infinity Card’. As the kids keep unfolding the card it keeps going on and on and on! Just like God. He has no beginning and He has no end. He is eternal and we can rely on His faithfulness, because His love for us will never end.
