I love the people I meet, the fun I get to have & the cool images that I create for people. I’m a lifestyle Photographer based in Hamilton, New Zealand with my hubby + wee gal Zoe & our crazy cavoodle Indy. I like to think we are all normal by having a white picket fence. I like to keep my brain busy with natural light lifestyle photography. From stealing cuddles off newborns, being a baby whisper

, to chasing toddlers & playing peek-a-boo. Love the storytelling of a loveday - weddings are amazing - but this will be my last season 2021 (& only accommodating weddings 5hours or less :) ).

I just heart these two so much, for people you hardly know, but yet they share their story with you, it humbles you & you can only imagine the path that lead them to each other. Jacob & Chantal - meet through Chantal losing her darling husband Sam, so so young to brain cancer. Just so glad happiness found light in her heart again & honestly such an honour to be creative & present on a day like this.
The huge clever clogs that Chantal is, she created & made, her bouquet, floral plinths, grew her garden, all the dogs & kids flower crowns, the beautiful presented food & my favourite … a mug for their sit down lunch Punnet Eatery made by her hands with clay … with love … for each of her guests.
All in their backyard with their closest friends and family. Special mention to Dorothy the chicken who came out for photos.
This day was split into 2 sections, a morning I do … followed with lunch & then a visit to Sam.
Finished off with a super lush sunset from above at Raglan to finish off their creatives.
Shooting weddings is such a privilege, to be in peoples special places, with their humans on a milestone so huge. This day will forever be engraved into my memory ❤️

Last day of winter … ready for spring 🙌
I’ve been loving that winter light, softer, a bit diluted, turns crisp blue very quickly on a cracker of a day. Kristie Glassford being a goddess with wee Myles in her tum who is now earthside. He’s pretty delish to! These 2 such fab humans, wedding clients from last season. Magical as I get to see them … in new seasons of life 😍

Your poochi who is going to be a ‘big brother’ soon & in the garage / man shed with the skooter that has probably had more hilarious post 12pm adventures than they let on & the place that will probably store your future first wheels.

Last month of winter … a reminder, of no rain no flowers & warmer weather is on the way. And … more flowers … can’t wait to get back here Tomtit Farm | Your Local Organic Farm in the later summer & Autumn evenings like this one here. The literally last week of the flush of flowers before they said goodbye for another season.

It’s so hard to put an epic 10 hour day into 20 squares, these 2 meet at a BFT end of year party in 2023 & the rest is history. Wedding are a bit like a 🎢 sometimes, people in our industry always have people to back up people, aka when your makeup artist has gastro but literally pulls out epic makeup & has a replacement to cover yua! And me getting a serious concussion & TBI during the editing process & Sarah from Sarah Clements Photography helping me edit this gallery for delivery (serious leg work from epic humans)! The hugest thank you.
These two saying I do in the backyard of Taylor’s family farm, shots to pick who does their vowels first - easy to pick who had the straight alcohol, epic lawn party with a feast from Mr Goodfellow Catering & a banger of a party which shut the lights off to full dance party vibes to end an epic day.
You can tell these two are wrapped up with love from each other, but also friends & family who circle them. Such a privilege to shoot days like this, just reminds you what it’s all about!

Loved creating these memories for Emma + Brendan in their backyard … how seriously cute are their gals, their wee freckles, seeing double + Big sis with her missing teeth & swag. Super lucky to have Emma has Zoe’s show jumping coach who she absolutely adores.

That small pocket of time, just the two of you, at sunset, when we moochi away while people finish eating & the tables are being cleared.
Time which lets you breathe, chat amongst yourselves & just take in the magic.
My absolute favourite time of the day, these literally captured in 10/15 mins … these two making my job so easy, despite shooting from in a bush 😍🫡

Engagement shoots …. Also when you beg Amanda to use her garden at sunset … chefs kiss I say! Met doing some Christmas shoots up at the hospital & she’s pretty bloody neat! Also has a love & spark for taking pretty pictures to … these two are saying I do at one of the most stunning lake views later this year, can already tell it’s going to be a goodie. Loved this cutie pie shoot w a picnic, bubbles & a glow of a night. Not to sure I could call this ‘work’ … love evenings like this x
