I have not been out and about with my camera much in the last couple of years. When I purchased my forever home back at the end of 2020 I revisited an old hobby; gardening. I had a bare block of very overgrown land which is now extensively planted. This has meant my passion for photography has been put on the backburner. Now that the gardens are maturing, the hard yards are done so as time goes by it will need less work. Hopefully this means more time for the camera, although its hard to pull my self away from pottering in the garden! In the mean time here's an old photo of Miss Cleo taken a few years ago now.

I spent the day with some old friends today. It was like it was months not years since we had seen each other. They dont forget :-) In particular, Abdullah, Laduma, Amafu, Thabo, Indira & Mandla were very responsive. Mandla did not want to get his paws wet of course. Cleo took her time but came out to greet me. Savannah eventually called me over so she could do the clappy game :-) . It rained all day and I had to shoot though wires so the photos are not the best quality but thought I would share anyway. Hopefully Saturday will bring better weather.
