Get to Know Me - Your Personal Wedding Photographer Kia ora! My name is Liam, a wedding photographer initially from the beautiful Ireland, now a proud local of Christchurch. There's something so special about being able to capture the most special day in a person's life. Each wedding I am privileged to be a part of is a genuine blessing that I do not take lightly. The trust that people place in me, welcoming me into their special day, is something I treasure. Seeing a father's first glimpse of his daughter in her wedding dress, realising she's all grown up and stepping into the next chapter of her life, is an indescribably beautiful moment. The vows, the speeches, the uncontainable joy - it's enough to make anyone's eyes well up, mine included. The heartfelt moments I capture are a testament to my deep love for what I do. When I'm not peering through the lens, you can find me enjoying life's simple pleasures. Like many, I have an undeniable love for food. A hot, spicy curry, a fresh pasta dish, or a hearty sushi roll, I love them all. And let's not forget Kombucha, a delightful brew that never fails to refresh. But it's not all about food. I'm also an avid disc golf and mountain biking enthusiast, always ready for a bit of adventure. However, above all, my favourite thing is to simply be present with my friends. Whether it's around a dinner table, singing karaoke in a car during a road trip, or appreciating a breathtaking view after a good hike, just being present in the moment is what I cherish the most. So, if you're looking for a wedding photographer who can mix professionalism with a good dose of 'craic', I'm your person.
