They notice the way we speak to ourselves in the mirror.
They hear the quiet comments about our bodies, our worth… the “if onlys.”

I think photographers are often taught to focus on the visible things first.

The editing style.

But the thing clients remember most is usually how you made them FEEL.

Did they feel comfortable?
Did they feel guided?
Did your communication feel warm and easy?
Did the process feel personal instead of transactional?

There’s something about stripping it back to black and white — it softens everything into feeling. Light, shadow, shape.
