A few weeks before Mother’s Day, I photographed this wonderful family for one of our regular photo sessions 📸❤️

I first met them on their engagement photoshoot and wedding day, and since then they've invited me back twice a year to document the next chapter of their family's story.

One of the things I love most about photography isn't just capturing a single milestone, but seeing families grow over the years. From wedding photos to family photos, it's a privilege to be welcomed back time and time again.

These sessions have become a tradition, and I’m grateful to play a small part in preserving these memories for them.

Golden autumn light, wide open greens, and a whole lot of love 🤍🍂

I had the joy of photographing this beautiful wedding at the Christchurch Golf Club, where every corner gave us the perfect backdrop—towering trees and those quiet little in-between moments.

We wandered the course, soaked in the sunshine, captured it all as it unfolded naturally… and of course, took the golf carts for a spin—which is always a highlight 🚗⛳

Sunny autumn days, heartfelt vows, and full-circle moments 🍂✨

This beautiful couple found me through a past wedding I photographed over a year ago—which always means a little extra to me. There’s something special about being trusted again by the same circle of people.

We snuck away up the hill for their portraits, where they shared their private vows overlooking the most stunning view. Just the two of them, a quiet moment in the middle of it all… and honestly, those are the moments that stay with you.

Grateful to witness stories like this, again and again 🤍

Soft light, ocean air, and a whole lot of love ☀️🌊🍂

This beautiful day started at the stunning New Brighton Surf Life Saving Club, with waves rolling in as these two said “I do.” Not quite golden hour yet—but the light showed up in its own way, soft and flattering in all the right places.

Then wandered into Bottle Lake Forest, where the autumn colours and gentle light wrapped everything in that calm, just-married kind of magic.

Sunshine, sea breeze, and quiet forest moments… such a good combo 🤍✨

It was such an honour to be back, capturing another chapter for this beautiful family—after photographing the groom’s sister’s wedding back in 2018, it felt incredibly special to be part of their story again.

Melton Estate truly showed off, with the sun pouring through the vines and the kind of warmth you only get on a perfect autumn day.

Moments like these are a reminder that weddings aren’t just one day—they’re connections, memories, and stories that continue through the years. 🤍
