CHRISTCHURCH! At Art Centre Pumanawa Exhibition Gallery
10–15 March 2026, 10 am – 5 pm

Merging Traditions is a joint exhibition featuring works by quilt maker and textile artist Sue Spigel and painter Galina Kim.

This exhibition was originally dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Christchurch Cathedral and was first shown there in March 2006.

“Biggest regret of our day is not getting a videographer! “- sometimes that’s what people write on social media when they decided not to have videographer on their wedding.

A photographer will definitely capture some special moments but videographer would catch the picture and mood of your day.

People have this debate photographer or videographer.... video is a live replay of the entire day, photos are a still image and could also be taken from a video (oh yes). You can't hear a voice in a photo too.

Wedding video it’s something you can look back on for years with kids, grandkids etc! Plus, a videographer captures a lot of things that you miss seeing on the day such as your partner getting ready, people’s faces when you walk down the aisle!🤍

I have almost forgot how it is… 2,5 years New Zealand was closed for tourists.

I am glad to see that finally hospitality businesses are busy❤️

Let me introduce myself🫶🏻

Once upon a time there was a little girl. She was born in the middle of golden autumn. She was the first born to her middle-class parents, who lived in a cosy apartment on the outskirts of Moscow city.
It was immediately agreed that she was the prettiest little girl and most perfect baby they ever did see, and named her Alena😌 ( Alyona to be correct😊).

Is it a good start for for my introduction?😁

Fast forward 🙂 20 years, I married to the most incredible man 😙 together travelled to New Zealand, now we have 5 beautiful boys🤪🥰

For almost 7 years I am doing videography. Different styles and themes: wedding, baby shower, maternity session, birthday parties, family film, business promo.. actually your idea - me creating it 😉
