Floor plans are a great tool for helping buyers understand the layout and flow of a property in a way photos alone can't always convey.

They can also be useful for confirming space and floor area, particularly where renovations or alterations have taken place.

In this case, we generated a new floor plan to establish the apartment's floor area, as there was some variation in the measurements available.
