Most of our time is spent going to clients’ offices to photograph their staff. We were in the office of one of our long-time clients this week as they did a new set of headshots for their team. I recalled one lady who clearly remembered her experience with us and was telling her new colleagues who were sort of petrified at the thought of being photographed that things will be fine during the headshot session. Hearing this made my day.
In saying this, we have developed friendships among our clients that some of them have become more than just a vendor-client relationship. At the heart of most businesses are people who may not be having the best day. Giving them a dose of joy in a seemingly straightforward transaction will make them remember you and your business for years to come.
Be an agent of joy wherever you go for it will surely come back to you.
